•After Visa Approval: If you cancel after visa approval, 50% of the payment will be refunded. The remaining 50% covers processing fees, administrative costs, and other non-refundable expenses.
 
2. By Air Trips (Flights, Hotels, and Visas):
•Airline Tickets: Refunds depend on the airline’s cancellation policy. We will adhere to the specific terms provided by the airline for your ticket class.
•Hotel Bookings: Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective hotel.
•Visa Services: Once a visa application has been submitted, no refunds will be provided, as embassies do not issue refunds for visa processing fees.

•Cancellations Made at Least 10 Days Before Departure: A full refund will be issued.
•Cancellations Made Within 10 Days of the Trip: Non-refundable.
